In today's era of digital reading, Yuewen Group, as a pioneer in the Chinese online literature market, has reached hundreds of millions of users. Its intellectual property (IP) ecosystem is a significant business for the group. Yuewen has long been established as a comprehensive cultural industry group based on online literature, integrating strong distribution capabilities and film and television production. It owns well-known brands such as the QQ Reading platform, Qidian.com, and New Classics Media.

STMicroelectronics, ranks among the top three European semiconductor conglomerates and is renowned for its design, manufacture, and delivery of semiconductor solutions across various microelectronics domains. As the executor of the project’s design and construction, Jin Han will take you on an expedition through the extensive office suite of its Shanghai headquarters.

The Shanghai-style eatery "Rongji 95" represents a landmark of joint endeavor of RockBund and the Xinrongji group, aspiring to give new life to this signature bund architect, creating a piece of art fusioningthe East and the West. Via diverse, inclusive, and thriving principals, Jinhandelivered this project to both parties withinfinite possibilities for imagination.

The medical industry is a blend of “warm and cold”-- despite the cold surgical equipment and chemical methods, the warm hearts involved in the industry kindle the hope of life. As a leading medical trade company specializing in medical devices, Medline carries the mission of "human health and continuation". Undertaking this grand operation, Medline and Jinhan cooperated once again and began the design of China’s regional headquarter, located in Shanghai Qiantan.

The original intention of the project is to meet the future development needs of Linde's Greater China Headquarters. The plan is to transform the existing office into an "open, high-end, and intelligent" modern office space. In terms of spatial planning and design style, it strives for flexibility and adaptability, facilitating the transition of the company from a traditional office model to a task-oriented office model. It encourages employee communication, reflects humanistic care, durability for easy maintenance and environmental friendliness. The aim is to incorporate some new office design elements without pursuing luxury, while refreshing the corporate image externally.

A 3, 400 square-meter vacant expanse crossing paths with lively beings induces an enchanting "chemical reaction", and turns into a collaborative workspace with flourishing vigor. The AIG Insurance project located in Hang Seng Building, was completed by Jin Han from design to construction. Abandoning the conventional, compartmentalized floor plan common to financial institutions, we aimed to create a more efficient workspace. Traditional office spaces are often jeopardized by its inefficient layout, of which the chaotic traffic flow can even lead to anxiety and restlessness among employees. In order to create a more inviting environment, we seamlessly integrated AIG's adaptable office approach with ideals of shared workspace.
