The trajectory and spatial environment of a workspace exert an influence over user behavior. We aimed to provide the employees with convenient trajectories and comforting space. In order to foster interpersonal interactions among employees, Medline has designated an expansive public area for diverse functions. Upon busy delivery of tasks, employees may indulge in recreation within these premises. At different moments, this multipurpose space can transform itself into various settings: a Town Hall, enabling communication between management and employees; a training room to help new recruits quickly integrate into the family; Or even a birthday party! The area infuses the essence of both work and public spaces.

Sight is the most immediate and potent means of communication, in order to fashion an exclusive domain for Medline and allow employees to genuinely experience the corporate ethos, Jin Han has infused numerous Medline motifs and colors throughout the office.

As a global corporation, it is also crucial to integrate into local culture. Within the multi-functional space, Jin Han infused traditional Chinese motifs through contemporary methods, so the local employees can recognize this workspace as an integral part of their cultural identity.
